May 10, 2024	Order Granting Preliminary Approval Of Class Action Settlement
July 22, 2024	Objection Deadline: Any objections to the Settlement must be mailed and postmarked no later than this date.
July 29, 2024	Request for Exclusion Deadline: If you would like to be excluded from this Settlement, your request for exclusion must be mailed and postmarked no later than this date
August 20, 2024	Fairness (Final Approval) Hearing at 1:30 p.m.: The Court will hold a hearing on this date to decide whether it will approve the Settlement.
November 26, 2024	Claim Submission Deadline:   If you have already received written notice by postal mail or e-mail which states that you are an Eligible Settlement Class Member and assigns you a Claim Number which begins with the letter A, you do NOT need to submit any type of claim or claim form.   All others must submit by this Claims Submission Deadline a Claim Form-R (or if applicable a Short-Form Claim Form).
